Overview of the Spanish market
We offer you our extensive experience advising international companies and working on matters involving multiple jurisdictions. We are the ideal partner for multinational companies that need to start their business in Spain, purchase a company in Spain, or carry out a structural modification with international implications.
We have an extensive network of collaborators that allows us to advise our clients on legal and tax matters in most countries in Europe and Latin America.

The advantage of breadth with experience
We do not limit our practice to a narrowly defined niche. Our solid general legal training allows us to approach each matter with a 360-degree legal perspective, comprehensively analyzing its impact on the business. From this approach, we advise clients on how a corporate decision affects the company's contractual and tax framework, how a labor contingency may affect the commercial sphere, or how to structure a real estate transaction in a manner consistent with the client's corporate strategy.

The law is constantly changing. So are we. We keep up to date with legislative developments, relevant case law, and international best practices.
We are not satisfied with what we knew yesterday. Your business evolves, and your legal advice must evolve with you.
Beyond our office
We maintain a strong collaborative network with professionals who specialize in areas outside our areas of expertise.
We want to be your go-to legal contact, and if you need additional services, we will make sure you are in good hands.
